PNEUMATIC
PRESSING UNITS
Safety, silentness, accuracy, stiffness, oxidation protection,
easy use: these are the most important features of the PRNA series
of pneumatic presses, characterised by cylinders in extruded anodised
aluminium with hidden tie rods.
As well as the standard support structures with adequately sized
ports and ranges, customised versions are also available upon
request.

HYDROPNEUMATIC
PRESSING UNITS
The PCM hydropneumatic press models use a CM power unit now available with extruded anodised aluminium cylinders. They can be used in any position, thanks to the external compensation tank with a mechanical spring.
The support structures are available either in our standard versions or customised.

PNEUMATIC PRESSES
WITH TWO-HAND CONTROL
The presses with two-hand control are certified for manual loading
and unloading.

HYDROPNEUMATIC PRESSES
WITH TWO-HAND CONTROL
The presses with two-hand control are certified for manual loading and unloading.
The support structures are available either in our standard versions or customised.
The presses with two-hand controls have a redundant two way pneumatic circuit monitored thanks to two logical blocks controlled by an inherently safe valve model MCP-A.

POWER UNITS
Combined units which allow a simple automation of assembly and machining works.
CM power units are used on all GPA hydropneumatic presses and
take advantage of the following features:
-
standard stroke 60 mm approach, + 10 mm working stroke, longer
or shorter strokes on request
-
working stroke with progressive application of power using the
pressure intensifier hydraulic circuit,
-
adjustment of the working stroke provided as a standard on all
models.
