PNEUMATIC FEEDERS

Definition

G.P.A. pneumatic feeders, as all G.P.A. pneumatic equipments, completely match all the technical requirements of the EEC standards to day in force, particularly the "machinery" directive and the EMC directive, in some versions also for not protected dangerous areas.
G.P.A. pneumatic feeders work by diaphragm operated clamps; the movable clamp slides along two thickly chromed ground steel columns.

Main advantages of G.P.A. pneumatic feeders:
A)
Suitable for all kinds of materials: bars, wires, tubes, sections of various materials, plastics, woods, textiles, papers, etc.

B)
Ease of installation: the G.P.A. feeders can be installed on any machines: eccentric presses, hydraulic and pneumatic presses, drilling machines, cutting machines and others.

C)
High working speed: very high clamping force, high valve flow rate, accuracy of the synchronization and different types of end-stroke decelerators allow a feeding capacity up to 30 m/1'.

D)
High accuracy: if the feeder is correctly used a feed accuracy of ± 0,05 mm can be achieved

G.P.A. Italiana, feeder manufacturer since 1962, can study and solve any kind of feeding problem. And supplies also complete lines with uncoiler and straightener.
